The Lodge at Suncadia's full-service, state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities include over 16,000 square feet of meeting rooms, ballrooms, and breakout rooms, plus an additional 30,000 square feet of breathtaking outdoor venues to accommodate up to 500 guests.

Designed with the intimacy and warmth of a rustic and elegant mountain lodge inn and overlooking the Prospector golf course, The Inn at Suncadia features approximately 5,000 square feet of meeting/event space, accommodating groups up to 150. The indoor meeting venues offer a very private, comfortable setting with close proximity to the Gas Lamp Grille restaurant and the Canary Lounge. Golf outings, weddings, and special occasion gatherings are hosted in the Fairway Pavilion and cascading front lawn areas offering spectacular views of the golf course.

Suncadia Board Room Systems
Suncadia meetings rooms are equipped with technology in mind. Features include a large flat panel display, a built-in DVD player, off air cable/satellite signals, multiple computer inputs, phone, network and auxiliary input connections. There are also tie lines back to the main audio visual systems for connections to the exterior of the building for uplink and downlink capability. The remote control system utilizes a Crestron system that has a touch sensitive graphic screen that is capable of preview, multiple windows and annotation.
